The work that was done on my house was unbelievably professional.  Their initial response time to arrive at my house once the flood was detected was 20 minutes!  The equipment used was impressive and I felt confident my house was being well taken care of. 

 

Mold and mildew is a great concern for me and my family due to many allergy concerns, so having a rapid and professional job done alleviated a lot of my worry about long term health issues.  Everyone was good about explaining what was being done and why.  Now I continue to use a dehumidifier during summer months to reduce the risk of mold/mildew production when the basement gets cool and damp.

I feel as if my luckiest day was when I was handed your card on the day the water pipes in my house had frozen for the third time.  The person who gave it to me said, “They can fix anything”.  From the minute I talked to you and met some of your staff, I knew everything was going to be all right.

 

A lot of time has passed and I still feel confident about all the work you folks have done for me.  I have an old house.  It needs a lot of attention.  The unique thing about your organization is that the customer and their needs are your highest priority.  I will never forget the first time one of your professionals came to my door with a sheet in his hand so he would not track any dirt into my house.  This is unheard of in this day and age.  The other thing I have noticed is the team effort that seems to go on.  Every morning, while working at my house, the team would meet and talk about the best way to accomplish what needed to be done, or conversely, to talk about what to do if things were not falling into place.  It is so incredible that your staff each seem to have their own unique talents (plumbing, electrical, building, etc.).  The good part of that is I was often consulted and informed what would happen that day.

 

Another positive is that I have always been given estimates which indicated you had used the best source (not necessarily the costliest) for ordering materials.  Once again, I felt as if I could talk and negotiate when projects would be started and finished so I could meet the bills on time.  Just please don’t send me all alone to Home Depot.  It is not for the uninitiated.

 

I just wanted you to know how please I am to be working with your organization.  There is a roof to be done and some drywall to finish, that we have talked about.  There is an outside plug and perhaps a brick patio that we haven’t talked about.  I am telling you that whatever comes up I will always consult with you first.

I hired Mike Hasman as my contractor for construction of my new house.  He did a superior job of getting bids for all the different phases of construction and of hiring the subcontractors to work in succession to keep work flowing without missing days of construction.  As one contractor finished, he had the next one on site.
